Refund and Cancellation Policy
At PMU Studio Atlanta, we strive to offer a seamless experience for our clients. By booking with us, you agree to our policies outlined below.
Consultation
Consultations are not required unless you’ve had previous permanent makeup. If so, an in-person consultation is necessary. Virtual consultations are available if preferred. The consultation fee is non-refundable, and virtual consultation deposits will only be deducted from your final bill if you proceed with a permanent makeup appointment.
Refund and Cancellation
All services provided are final and non-refundable. We kindly ask for at least 72 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. If you cancel within 72 hours, your deposit will be forfeited. Appointments scheduled within 72 hours cannot be canceled.
Cancellations without 72-hour notice will incur a $250 fee for permanent makeup or medical micro pigmentation services.
Rescheduling
You are allowed one reschedule with 72 hours notice. Rescheduling within the 72-hour window will result in losing your deposit, and a new deposit will be required to rebook. Any further changes will require additional non-refundable deposits.
No-Show
Missed appointments will result in a $250 charge. A new deposit will be required for any future bookings.
Late Arrival
Arriving more than 15 minutes late will be treated as a no-show, and a $250 fee will apply. Please notify us in advance if you anticipate being late.
Deposit and Payment
A $250 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This will be deducted from your final payment. We accept major credit cards and cash.

We offer Afterpay, allowing you to pay for services in 4 interest-free installments.
