Terms and Conditions

At PMU Studio Atlanta, we operate by appointment only to ensure a personalized experience for every client. We appreciate your cooperation in following our policies to respect the time of both our clients and artists.

Deposits

A deposit is required to secure your appointment and is charged upon booking. The remaining balance will be due on the day of your appointment.

Late Policy

To ensure a smooth experience, please familiarize yourself with our location and plan ahead for Atlanta traffic. We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes early. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, it will be considered a no-show, and your deposit will be forfeited. Complimentary appointments will lose their complimentary status if late, requiring an additional deposit for rescheduling.

Cancellations/Rescheduling Policy

We kindly ask for a minimum of 72 hours (3 business days) notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Any changes made with less notice will result in forfeiture of your deposit, and a new deposit will be required to reschedule.
