Cancellation Policy
For all appointments, we charge your card a deposit to hold your appointment. This amount will be debited immediately upon payment, with the remaining balance due on the day of your scheduled appointment.
Rescheduling and Cancellation
To reschedule or cancel your appointment, you must call our studio at least 72 hours (3 business days) prior to your appointment. If rescheduling or cancellation is done after this 72-hour window, or if you do not show up for your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.
Appointment Confirmation
You will receive a text message and email 7 days prior to your appointment. To respect our artists and your time, you must confirm your appointment at least 72 hours (3 business days) in advance. If confirmation is not received within this time frame, your deposit will be forfeited.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, PMU Studio ATL reserves the right to cancel your appointment, and your deposit will be forfeited. For complimentary appointments, being more than 15 minute late will result in the subsequent appointment no longer being complimentary.
